Europe Energy opens its first “Boutique” for the sale of electricity and gas in Modena

It will be the reference point for the people of Modena and the first step of a commercial development strategy in northern Italy

Europe Energy, an international group active in the electricity market and specialized in gas trading, consulting and direct sales to end users, opens in Modena its first “boutique” for the sale of electricity and gas to households and small and medium-sized enterprises.

The new store, located in Via Guglielmo Zucconi 112, will not be simply a showcase to give visibility to the brand, but a “boutique” that will focus on the users and their needs. A new approach of proximity to the territory that Europe Energy has decided to take for the management of its customer relations.

In a market for services and sale of energy that is becoming more and more digital by focusing on online services and call center, Europe Energy, through the opening of physical selling points, offers, especially to the weaker layers, a service that privileges the direct and personal relationship with the customer in a comfortable environment, like that of the new store, with spaces specifically designed and structured for user acceptance.

The interior design of the store is in line with the company image in the choice of colors that characterize the brand identity of the Group and some elements of the creativity of the campaign “A new energy in town” that accompanies the opening of the point of sale.

This means greater transparency, but also higher speed in resolving disputes and a constant contact with our customers. ”

Inside the store customers will be able to know the best offers of Europe Energy, consisting of savings and real benefits for the supply of gas to electricity. They will receive help in pre-sales and for the reading of the bill to spot out the most convenient offer for the ‘supply of electricity and gas detection and for the conclusion of contracts, and to ask for assistance in post-sales.

To assist the users, the store will have flexible opening hours and will be open at the following hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 9:00 / 13:00 to 14:00 / 15:30
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 / 13:00 to 14:00 / 18:30
Saturdays: 9:00 to 12:30

The selling point of Modena is part of Europe Energy’s business development strategy for the retail sector, developed through its subsidiary branch Europe Energy & Gas Power. The goal is to open 40 stores in northern Italy within the next two years.

The Europe Energy Group entered in the market for the sale of electricity and gas to end-users at the end of 2014 through the operation of rental of the business unit of the Paduan company Gascom. It currently manages over 30,000 customers mainly in Northern Italy through its branch-company Europe Energy Gas & Power,.
The Group has 90 employees and it is present in more than 20 countries all over Europe. It closed 2015 with a turnover of 963 million euros and a net profit of 2.9 million euros.
