Europe Energy: becoming a smart
european multi-utility company

A strong growth and a constant innovative push are the elements that characterize Europe Energy’s business plan for 2019-2021

Europe Energy Group presented its new business plan for the next three years (2019-2021). The clear goal is to become a Smart European Multi-Utility Company.

The pillars of the business plan designed by chairman Matteo Ballarin and CEO Manlio Costantini with the support of consultancy firm 3H Partners are a full digitalization of internal processes, the selling of electricity and gas to more countries, the launches of mobile and fiber optics services.

“This ambitious plan is born from the experience gained in many years of work in the industry. It gives us new goals and pushes us towards something completely innovative for the sector. We want to become the best practice of the market, the virtual multi-utility company that everyone is looking at!” declared Chairman Matteo Ballarin.

During the next three years Europe Energy Group aims to:
– Quadruple the points of delivery (including new services)
– Triple the presence on foreign markets
– Supply fiber optics connections at 1Gbs
– Supply mobile service
– Increase retail revenue of the Group from 72mln € to 304mln €
– Reach a total turnover of 537.6mln €
– Reach EBITDA of 16,4mln € (from 1,3% to 3%)

“These numbers come from the substantial growth that already characterizes us and, above all, from the decrease of churn rate of our customer base. We want that customers who join our family stay with us because they found a dynamic, efficient, client-centric provider, able to rapidly adapt to changes and provide electricity, gas, internet, and mobile in a single pack. They will be able to find us in their favorite shops and on the web. We will always be close to our customers! We will provide them with innovative services in a new way but with the simplicity and genuineness of the past!” underlines CEO Manlio Costantini.

The Group will continue to use its own logistic platform for the supply of electricity and gas while for the supply of fiber optics and mobile it signed specific deals with Open Fiber and Vodafone Group.

The presentation of the business plan has also been the perfect occasion to introduce the important sponsorships of the Group “Velocity, Innovation, attention to details and teamwork: these are the four values that daily drive Europe Energy” – highlights Ballarin – “we have looked for partnerships with people and companies with the same principles”.

The choice fell upon the Team Petronas Yamaha Sepang Racin, in all the classes of the MotoGP. Particularly, Franco Morbidelli, main rider of the team, will be the official endorser of the Europe Energy brand. Franco Morbidelli is a young guy with great talent and a lot of energy, who has already conquered the Moto2 world championship. The basis of his success are the hard-work that he puts daily into his job and an unrivaled attention to details.

Not only MotoGP, but Europe Energy will be also the main sponsor of Bergamo Basket 2014, A2 basketball team currently in the second position in the league. Basketball is a game that fully represents the Group’s values: dynamicity, teamwork, and adaptability.
