The “Regulation 1227/2011” EU on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (REMIT), entered into force on December 28th 2011, sets specific rules on the prohibition of insider trading and market manipulation, on the obligation to publish inside information and on monitoring of wholesale markets for electricity and natural gas.

In compliance with the obligation to publish inside information under art. 4 of REMIT, any inside information will be published on an appropriate platform provided by Gestore dei Mercati Energetici (GME). You can find the link to the public section of PIP here.
